Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT HOURS:
MONDAY–FRIDAY 9AM–5PM PST

Ibis Cycles ships anywhere in the United States from our Santa Cruz, California warehouse. Ibis ships to a vast majority of countries across the globe. There are some countries we do not ship to: French Southern Territories, Indonesia, South Africa (1 of 9 provinces), South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands.

For international orders, please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs, and brokerage fees on top of postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.

In most cases, orders placed Monday-Friday by 10am PST will ship the next business day. Orders confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays will be processed the following business day.

Ibis Cycles is closed for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

Please Note:

Ibis does not guarantee specific delivery times or dates. Shipping timeframes are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, performance of the shipping carrier, and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Santa Cruz, California.

All purchases made on store.ibiscycles.com are subject to our Terms of Service.

We do not ship to Freight Forwarders or other locations that may indicate an attempt to place orders for customers outside of our service area.

Hazmat items, such as bike batteries, have additional shipping restrictions and may require longer lead times to ship from our warehouse due to those requirements.
