What is your return policy?

Exchanges & returns for ‘like new’ clothing, service parts, and accessories may be made within 60 days of order delivery. Clearance & Sale items, RideWrap kits, and gift cards are final sale items and may not be returned for refunds. We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient.

We only accept returns for items purchased from store.ibiscycles.com. Ibis Cycles merchandise purchased at independent retailers must be returned to the location where it was originally purchased.

Items returned for a refund may be shipped back to Ibis HQ using any carrier that is convenient for you. Please note that we do not provide return labels for refund returns, except in the case of exchanges or wheelset returns (this does not apply to rims).

What is your return policy on wheels and batteries?

Returns of wheels or rims purchased at full price may be made within 30 days of delivery. All wheels or rims must be returned in new condition. Wheels or rims that have been ridden, laced, or installed will not be granted a refund. 

Due to hazmat shipping requirements, we are unable to accept returns on batteries. 

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

You can initiate a return RMA with Ibis here. All returns and exchanges are subject to Ibis' policy and discretion. Please allow 1 business day for your RMA to be reviewed. Please contact webstore@ibiscycles.com for any questions regarding the process.

REFUNDS

How Long Does It Take to Process My Return/Exchange & Refund?

Refunds will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days of receipt (not including transit time). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received. Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to post on your account. Refunds are made at purchase price

What is your international return policy?

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees and duties are nonrefundable. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but not duties, taxes, or tariffs.
