Ibis does not carry current frame paint products. To purchase color matched paints online, we recommend contacting My Perfect Color. Many automotive retailers also have the ability to mix custom paint.

Our warranty covers workmanship and material defects, but does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.

Ibis aluminum and carbon fiber rims are cov­ered from fail­ure due to impact dam­age under nor­mal rid­ing cir­cum­stances for a peri­od of 7 years. This war­ran­ty is non-trans­fer­able and applies exclu­sive­ly to Ibis rims man­u­fac­tured after Jan­u­ary 1, 2016.

We also offer a low cost ​“acci­dent replace­ment” pro­gram, in case you dri­ve your bike into the garage…We get it. ^&%# happens!

Ibis brand­ed hubs are guar­an­teed to be free of defects in mate­ri­als and work­man­ship for a peri­od of 2 years for the orig­i­nal owner. Warranty registration can be found here.

Inquires received with pictures of your cute pets (ugly pets are also acceptable, it's the thought that counts) will be expedited.
